Union Minister Kinjarapu Rammohan Naidu said that environmentally friendly clay Ganesh idols should be worshipped. The posters prepared under the auspices of the Andhra Pradesh Pollution Control Board were unveiled on Friday. Speaking on the occasion, he said that idols made of POPs are polluting water resources and causing harm to the environment. Pollution Control Board Environmental Engineer Karuna Sri said that everyone should be a partner in pollution control. Later, jute bags were distributed.
