Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu and Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan expressed happiness over India successfully hosting the 18th BRICS Summit in New Delhi. They congratulated Prime Minister Narendra Modi on this historic event. Chandrababu Naidu opined that India's voice is now heard on the world stage with more confidence and respect than ever before.
On Monday, Chandrababu responded on 'X (Twitter)' platform and said, "At a time when key changes are taking place worldwide, it gives me great pleasure that India successfully hosted the 18th BRICS Summit by bringing together some of the world's leading economies."
He said that it is very important that the 'New Delhi Declaration' focuses on issues such as strong multilateral institutions, robust supply chains, innovation, sustainable development, and cooperation among emerging countries. He explained that these are the factors that will determine global growth and prosperity in the coming decades.
Chandrababu said that today's India has become a trusted platform where countries with different perspectives can come together, discuss constructively and work towards common interests. He commented that this ability to achieve consensus while protecting the interests of developing countries is a testament to India's growing economic strength and prestige on the world stage. He specially congratulated Prime Minister Modi for his leadership in this historic summit.
Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan also responded to the success of the BRICS summit. He said that the successful conclusion of the 18th BRICS summit in New Delhi is a matter of pride for India. He said that the BRICS alliance, which accounts for almost 50 percent of the world's population and 40 percent of the world's GDP, has a key role in shaping global economic and geopolitical affairs. The Jana Sena leader praised India's successful leadership of the BRICS chairmanship under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi with the theme of "Stability, Innovation, Cooperation and Building for Sustainability".
Pawan Kalyan congratulated Prime Minister Modi, the Ministry of External Affairs, the Government of India, diplomats, officials and every team who worked for the success of this summit. He said that this summit has paved the way for further cooperation on issues like economic cooperation, trade, investment, supply chains, artificial intelligence, innovation, energy and food security. explained that it has reaffirmed common goals like peace and security, eradication of terrorism, fighting climate change, and strengthening the voice of the Global South.
