Vizianagaram MP Kalisetty Appalanaidu said that the Praja Darbar helps in identifying public problems and resolving them quickly, and steps are being taken in this direction. On Sunday, a Praja Darbar was organized at the party office under the leadership of Etcherla TDP in-charge Lanka Shyamala Rao. He received requests from the people and spoke to the relevant officials. He said that he will work to resolve the problems within a week. Coalition leaders Chaudhary Babji, Muppidi Suresh, B. Venkateswara Rao, Bendu Malleswara Rao and others participated in the program.
'Problems of GDS employees brought to the attention of higher authorities'
MP Kalisetty Appalanaidu said that he will take up the issues related to the pay and service of the Rural Postal Service (GDS) with the concerned higher authorities and work towards resolving them. On Sunday, the leaders of the Postal Service Association met him and submitted a memorandum. They requested that steps be taken to constitute a special independent judicial committee under the supervision of the 8th Central Pay Commission as soon as possible.
