YSRCP has suffered another setback in Vizianagaram district. Former Nellimarla MLA and former ZP chairman Baddukonda Appalanaidu has announced his resignation from the YSRCP. The YSRCP high command suspended him yesterday on charges of engaging in anti-party activities, and it is noteworthy that he left the party the next day.
Speaking at a media conference in Vizianagaram, Appalanaidu... severely criticized party president and former Chief Minister Jagan. Describing Jagan as a 'dictator'... he alleged that the YSRCP has become a limited company. He made it clear that he and his followers cannot continue where there is no respect. Jagan analyzed that anti-people policies and overconfidence that Chandrababu will lose anyway were the reasons for the party's crushing defeat.
Is there a disciplinary committee in the party? Appalanaidu questioned... and lamented that the leaders were acting as they pleased, as if it were their own organization. He expressed his grief that thousands of families were destroyed by trusting Jagan. When his relative Majji Srinivasa Rao (Chinna Srinu) was suspended, he questioned why no action was taken against his other relative Botsa Satyanarayana.
It is known that Chinna Srinu and his family members recently joined the TDP in the presence of CM Chandrababu. Along with him, many local leaders and ZPTCs have also left the YSRCP. With Baddukonda, who is very close to Chinna Srinu, also leaving the party, there is talk that the strength of the YSRCP is significantly declining in Vizianagaram district, which was once the stronghold of the Botsa family.
I am resigning from YSRCP: Former MLA Appalanaidu
